IDPF Board of Director Election
Dear IDPF Members,
The self-nomination period for one open Board of Director position is now complete. There are four candidates. All IDPF members in good standing can vote in this election. The voting period is now open and will close at 2400 EST, Tuesday, July 10th, 2007. A list of candidates and their nomination statements is as follows:
The vote will be a Remote Vote (via email). Each IDPF Member company or organization in good standing can cast one FOR vote for the candidate that they wish to fill the vacant Board position. If you do not wish to vote for a particular candidate for the Board, please return your vote with a notice of "ABSTAIN" in order to reach a quorum for voting. Please send your company/organization vote to Nick Bogaty (not to the IDPF Members List) with your organization's name in the subject line and your vote in the body of the email. Please note that votes made by members in good standing only will be considered valid and counted. Members in good standing are up-to-date on member dues. If your company or organization is not current on member dues, please contact the IDPF to pay your dues prior to casting your vote. Thank you for your vote and participation! Best,
