The "save-the-date" message that was emailed out in June said: On October 4, 2004, in Princeton, New Jersey, at the headquarters of Recording For the Blind & Dyslexic (RFB&D), a meeting will be held to discuss issues related to the possible establishment of a voluntary national repository of publisher files to facilitate making materials accessible and available to persons with print disabilities. This is expected to be a small meeting of around forty key people. We want to keep this meeting small so that meaningful dialog can take place.
